Forced Oscillometry (FOT)

What is this test?: FOT measures how easily air moves through your airways during normal breathing.
Why is it performed?: It can detect small airway problems that may not be identified by standard lung function tests.
How is it performed?: You simply breathe normally through a mouthpiece while gentle sound waves measure airway function.
