Nasal Endoscopy

What is this test?: A nasal endoscopy allows the doctor to examine the inside of your nose and upper airway.
Why is it performed?: It helps investigate nasal blockage, chronic sinus symptoms and upper airway conditions.
How is it performed?: A thin flexible camera is gently passed through the nose after applying a local anaesthetic spray if required.
Before your test: No special preparation is usually required.
